How do I get involved?
Sometime between January 1st and January 14th do the following:
You can start your own 30 days any day between January 1st and 14th. Whatever day you start is your "Day 1" on the spreadsheet.
- Click on the "sign up" button.
- Read "The Rules".
- The "sign up" button will take you to page where you'll have to enter some basic information. Then you're all set.
- Return to the site, log in and enter your workout details to keep track of your 30 30 challenge!
- Bask in the sense of accomplishment.
