Them's the rules
- Minimum workout time is 30 minutes. Each time you workout for 30 minutes or more, you get a point.
- Workout = aerobic activity. Your heart is beating consistently for 30 minutes.
- You can log up to two workouts per day. Maximum daily points = 2.
- The goal is consistency. Crazy fast and/or long sessions don't earn any extra points.
2 hour ski = 1 point
3 hour marathon = 1 point
Consecutive Day Bonuses
- Five consecutive days earns you 1 bonus point.
- Ten consecutive days earns you 5 bonus points.
- Fifteen consecutive days earns you 10 bonus points.
- Twenty consecutive days gets you 20 bonus points.
- Twenty-five consecutive days gets you 25 bonus points.
- Thirty consecutive days gets you 30 bonus points and bragging rights until next year.
BONUS POINT SUB-CATEGORIES
- You do all your workouts outside, you get 1 bonus point. If you live north of 60 degrees latitude and do this you get 5 bonus points.
- If all your workouts are in one sport (ie. all runs or bike rides or skiis or whatever) you get 5 bonus points.
- If all 30 of your workouts are in a different sport, you get 30 bonus points for being very creative. Independent verification is required.
- You do one workout outside, completely naked, you get 10 bonus points. Must be accompanied by photographic evidence. If you live north of 60 degrees latitude you get 57 bonus points. And a big trophy. And frostbite on your naughty bits.
- Every beer mile is worth 1 bonus point.
- Every time you successfully complete one of these gets you 10 bonus points.
- 5 bonus points every time you come over and take care of my 4 kids so I can get my 30 minutes in.
