The 4th Annual 30-30 Challenge
It's trying to stay positive whilst coming to the depressing realization that your latest batch of new years resolutions have failed yet again.
Don't despair! The 30-30 Challenge is here to shock you out of your inertia and spur you along the path of lifelong health, fitness and well-being! Well maybe not but it's sure a hell of a lot easier than giving up chocolate or beer for an entire year. So toss those lame old same old new years resolutions out the window and get off the couch. It can be kind of fun, rest assured.
What is it?
The 30 - 30 Challenge is a personal challenge to complete at least 30 minutes of exercise per day for 30 consecutive days.
It's free and relatively painless.
